At the end of this session, participants will be able to: 1. Describe CMS requirements for assessing and reporting self-care and mobility using Section GG and related Section O items. 2. Accurately apply updated GG coding definitions, scoring scales, and discharge goal conventions. 3. Identify documentation sources and IDT processes that support defensible coding and consistent interdisciplinary input. 4. Explain how GG and Section O data influence PDPM reimbursement, Quality Measures (QMs), and SNF QRP compliance.
